🕒 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
📦 What are the return conditions?
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
🚚 Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless free returns are specifically stated.

We’ll send instructions once your request is accepted.
Please note — returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
💔 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or wrong.
We’ll review it and make it right.
🚫 What items can’t be returned?
Sale items and gift cards
Perishable or custom products
Personal care or hazardous goods
🔄 Can I exchange my item?
Yes — simply return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.
💳 When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we’ve received and approved your return.
